Pastor John Paramasivam
Pastor John Paramasivam is married and has three children. He is pastoring a church at Kadiyanlena. This is a very remote and strong Hindu area. His wife and he are also doing some good work at Bambarakelle and Westward Ho. At Kadiyanlena they have been worshiping in a small rented place; and now, with great difficulties, the church has acquired land. So they have put up a tent and are worshiping there. They are very badly in need of a church building. It is a very cold area. In this area it will not be very expensive to put up a hall. Please pray for this pastor. Pastor John also visits his church
members, with his wife, over long distances in the mountains. If he had a motorcycle he could visit more people.

Pastor David Kitnan Surashan
Pastor David Surashan is married and has three children. He is pastoring a church at Mount Vernon Estate Upper Division. This area is full of tea plantations. Pastor David covers a huge area from Mount Vernon. He is living in the estate itself and his wife works in the estate. They are living a very difficult life. His wife is a sick lady. As I can, I help with his monthly
income. He is conducting his worship services in an estate community hall. Praise God, the management has provided land free to put up a hall for church activities. The estate management is expecting us to put up the hall. So please pray for this
pastor, and for the building of a hall for church activities. Pastor David also visits his church members by a bicycle. It is impossible to peddle the bicycle on the mountains’ gravel roads; and also he has to visit long distances in the mountains. If he had a motorcycle he could visit more people.

Pastor.Simeon Alexander
Pastor Simeon Alexander is very young man who has two years training at the South Asia Institute of Theology, Sri Lanka. He is pastoring a church at Battalgala Estate, Lower Division in the tea plantations. He has very nice church building which was donated by some Korean Missionaries. He has a small congregation in his church. His wife helps with the Sunday School. Pastor Alexander has built a small room by the side of the church. He has been able to complete this thanks to donations from overseas. His wife and the little baby are more comfortable. The family had living with Pastor Alexander’s brother, in one room of his house. Further, to visit his church members he has to walk long distances in the mountains. If he had a motorcycle he could visit more people.
